College Courses

It is a 4 years integrated graduate degree course, first 1 year foundation, it consist to drawing – painting graphics (print making), sculpture (3 dimension) design (2 dimension). The painting provides training in basic skills in various media like Pencil, Water colour, Gouache, Tempera, Wash, oil, Acrylic and mixed application in gradual order. Studies from figure with characters, proportion, perspective, volume etc. Studies from object, life, nature and rapid sketching with special attention to the application of line tone and colour. The department also provides further programmes for the development of conception in mass, texture, space, movement, composition, personal expression and skill of relating image to visual data with special emphasis on experimental work in comparative study and interrelating subject, media and technique.

College Session

The session begin from 1st July & continue upto 30th June next year with an interval of Puja vacation , winter vacation and summer vacation.
